Accounting Manager

• High visibility role partnering closely with operations and leadership teams

• Opportunity to lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining involved in key financial activities

• Exposure to manufacturing accounting, inventory, and operational finance processes

• Ability to drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations and keep the team focused on key priorities
• Evaluate workloads and adjust assignments to address backlogs and changing business needs
• Ensure invoices, payments, and other AP activities are processed accurately and within established timelines
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as a resource for more complex AP questions
• Work alongside the team and assist with transaction processing during high-volume periods
• Support the training and integration of new AP team members
• Drive consistency, follow-through, and accountability within the department

• Strong experience needed to manage accounting and accounts payable.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management

• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff and managing month-end close activities
