Location: Dayton
Position Summary Creek Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst to provide full-time, on-site administrative and operational support for the AFRL/RX Advisory and Assistance Services contract in Fairborn, OH. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative and analyst support functions, including travel processing, timekeeping oversight, correspondence routing, and front office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Review timecards for accuracy and discrepancies
* Confirm timecards are correct and concurred prior to Branch Chief review
* Maintain division supply inventory and manage special orders for office supplies and computer equipment
* Collect required documentation (889 forms, quotes, invoices) to support branch GPC purchases
* Submit CSRDs and track approvals for IT-related purchases
* Review and track public release packages for completeness and accuracy
* Ensure required signatures are obtained prior to submission
* Track assigned taskers as delegated by Branch and Deputy Branch Chief
* Monitor progress and ensure completion for submission to division leadership
* Maintain oversight of the RXEB Branch calendar
* Assist with coordinating calendars for Branch and Deputy Branch Chief
* Monitor branch email daily and communicate action items, required responses, and notifications
* Review travel authorizations and vouchers for accuracy
* Forward documents for final acceptance by Branch and Deputy Branch Chief
* Manage travel requests by editing, submitting, and tracking approvals through directorate leadership
* Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for contractors within RXEB
* Track background check appointment progress and complete required paperwork to support timely processing
* Oversee routing, formatting, and submission of correspondence requiring directorate leadership review and signature
* Serve as the point of contact for receiving and sending division mail
* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional environment
* 8+ years of experience in an administrative and/or business analyst role
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
* Strong report formatting and editing skills
* Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy Education/ Security Requirements
* Associate's degree in management or a related discipline (preferred)
* Current Secret clearance preferred
