Our client, an industry leader in industrial management, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the onsite management team supporting payroll operations and overseeing industrial workers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

* + Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate processing of industrial workers' compensation and benefits.

+ Oversee onsite management activities, including coordinating daily operations and supporting staff.

+ Utilize Word and Excel to prepare reports, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

+ Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Assist in streamlining administrative workflows to improve overall efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Basic experience in administrative or payroll management roles is preferred but not required.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a casual, team-oriented environment.

+ Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Brilliant, OH.
