OnTrac - Up to $23.14/hour - - Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and log departure/arrival times, events, and locations into OnTrac's Traffic Management System.;
Administer daily fleet maintenance records and fleet invoices, ensuring regulatory compliance.;
Field telephone calls, data entry, and communication with vendors and facility personnel; follow up on maintenance issues.;
Maintain all fleet files and costing sheets; provide feedback to Facility GMs and Fleet department on invoices, maintenance, and compliance issues.;
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; proficiency with Windows applications:
Word, Excel, and Outlook; 10-key data entry.
