Responsibilities- PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for answering calls that come through the call center, answering all concerns and questions, routing the calls appropriately to the right person, department or voicemail box, and scheduling all appointment requests for office visits. - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer telephone calls
- Schedule patients for office visits
- Data entry into ECW billing (EPM) system and electronic medical record
- Submit tasks and prescription refills through the electronic medical record
- Other duties as required
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience:
Medical office experience desired - Other
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge, excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, scheduling flexibility
