As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for organizing our office and staff, handling incoming phone calls, and distributing messages. • Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and efficient office environment
• Prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines with ease
• Handle day‑to‑day operations, including setting up facility transportations and coding invoices
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information
• Interact with people in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle medical records and other administrative tasks

• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and prioritize deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
