Location: Germany
HGV Hanseatische Gesellschaft für Verlagsservice sucht eine organisierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit zur administrativen Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Vertragsmanagement, die Archivierung und Dokumentation sowie die Logistik.
Ihr Fokus liegt auf präziser Datenerfassung, und Sie sollten sowohl sehr gute Deutsch- als auch Englischkenntnisse mitbringen. Die Stelle ist befristet auf 2 Jahre und erfordert eine Teilzeitarbeit von 18 Stunden pro Woche, idealerweise an mindestens 3 Tagen die Woche im Büro in Köln.
