Job Title:

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with strong experience in complex travel coordination, reporting, and Excel‑based data management. This role supports leadership and requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary changes
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and support expense reporting and reconciliation
- Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative correspondence
- Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proven experience handling high‑volume travel arrangements
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
