Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator
Location: On Site in Hiram, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $52,000 - $56,160

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Coordinator:
- Assess current material availability
- Prepare and process purchase orders through software.
- Oversee annual inventory.
- Analyze and resolve purchasing issues/discrepancies.
- Participate in cost reduction activities, observe and report major increases.
- Follow up with vendors on lead time and due by dates.
Preferred Qualifications of the Purchasing Coordinator:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills,
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of materials and supplies used by the company.
