Part-Time Administrative Assistant - About the Role

Berardi+Partners is seeking an entry-level Part-Time Administrative Assistant to welcome visitors, answer calls, and support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced front desk environment and is proficient with Microsoft 365.

    1398 Goodale Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43212
  • Hours:

    Part-time - 11:00 am-5:00 pm (Mon-Thurs), 8:00 am-2:00 pm (every other Fri). Applicants scheduled to work on Friday will receive one weekday off (Mon-Thurs) during the same week.
  • Compensation:
    Starting hourly wage $20.00-$24.00/hr, commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls; take messages and route as needed.
  • Greet visitors, sign-in guests, and maintain a courteous, professional front desk presence.
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, mail distribution, courier coordination).
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and manage basic office supplies.
  • Help with light data entry and document creation in Microsoft Word and Excel; manage scheduling and communications in Outlook.
  • Manage calendars, respond to emails, and support basic administrative workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Entry-level candidates welcome;
    High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn additional software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
