Substitute Secretaries

The Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Western Reserve Schools in Collins Ohio, for the  school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• BCI & FBI background checks
  • Dated within the past 12 months
  • On file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them.

Necessary skills/duties:

• Monitor record keeping procedures
• Prepare computer documents
• Maintain systematic filing system
• Greet/assist visitors
• Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails
• Prepare photocopies
• Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
• Help resolve staff/parent/student issues
• Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
• Answering phones
