Position Summary

Responsibilities include providing advanced clerical/administrative support to the lending/underwriting function by coordinating a variety of complex tasks, reports, due diligence items, and department processes.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative: Provides advanced clerical and administrative support to the lending and underwriting function.
  • File Management: Assists with preparing, organizing, and maintaining loan files, loan submission packages, board loan materials, pipeline reports, and other department records.
  • Reporting: Performs reporting, due diligence, tracking, and follow-up activities related to loan submissions, existing loans, closing matters, loan reviews, and third-party relationships.
  • Compliance Review: Reviews information for accuracy and helps resolve discrepancies in accordance with department procedures and deadlines.
A Typical Day

Your day is spent keeping details moving in the right direction - checking in on open items, updating trackers, and making sure documents are easy for the team to find when decisions need to be made. You'll connect with internal partners and outside contacts to confirm statuses, clarify questions, and keep timelines on track. As priorities shift, you'll reset your plan, stay organized, and finish the day knowing the next handoff is clean and ready.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume administrative role working on and resolving complex tasks.
  • Working knowledge of OFAC, SAM, CAIVRS, ETRAN or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills; highly motivated, focused, goal-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in daily work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar, phone communication, and in-person communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports, policies, and other business documents.
