Administrative Assistant - Department: SG&A

Office Manager - FLSA:
The Administrative Assistant aids in the completion of all plant office work required to keep accurate information flowing between the plant and Corporate Office.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Inputs daily receipts for incoming raw materials in Excel and Oracle system.
- Responsible for input and printing of plant daily/weekly reports which include raw materials, fleet, inventory.
- Address and resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Customer service duties, including handling customer inquiries about service and updating customer accounts.
- Assist in typing correspondence, data entry, faxing, and copying.
- Responsible for answering phone and taking messages as necessary.
- Responsible for current security sign‑in procedure along with gate intercom assistance.
- Back up to Office Manager and Accounting Clerk duties.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- An Associate’s Degree or equivalent practical experience (typically 2+ years in an administrative role).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional organization and time‑management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
- Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
- Excellent math skills.
