Exam Dates for Recruitment of 3306 Group C and D Posts
Allahabad High Court announces the examination dates for recruitment of Group C and D positions. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially set the examination dates for the recruitment of Group C and D positions at Allahabad High Court. Scheduled for January 4th and 5th, 2025, the exams are intended to fill 3306 vacancies in various district courts across the state.
The recruitment drive, part of the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralized Recruitment 2024-25, will address the staffing needs in different categories within the judiciary. Of the total vacancies, 1639 are designated for Group D posts, with the remainder filled by Group C positions.
The Examination Schedule Is As Follows- Driver Grade IV Exam:
January 4th, from 10:30 AM to 12 PM - Group C Clerical Cadre Exam:
January 4th, from 3 PM to 4:30 PM - Steno Grade III Exam:
January 5th, from 10:30 AM to 12 PM - Group D Exam:
January 5th, from 3 PM to 4:30 PM
Applications for these positions were accepted in October 2024, drawing interest from numerous candidates eager to join the judiciary system.
The breakdown of vacancies and salaries for the respective posts is as follows- Stenographer Grade III (Hindi): 517 positions, salary range from Rs. with a grade pay of Rs. 2800
- Stenographer Grade III (English): 66 positions, with the same salary range and grade pay as Hindi stenographers
- Junior Assistant Group C: 932 positions, salary range from Rs. with a grade pay of Rs. 2000
- Paid Apprentice: 122 positions, salary range from Rs. with a grade pay of Rs. 1900
- Driver: 30 positions, salary range from Rs. with a grade pay of Rs. 1900
- Group D Posts (including Tube Well Operator, Process Server, Peon, Orderly, Office Peon, Farrash, Watchman, Waterman, Coolie, Liftman, Sweeper, and others): 1639 positions, with most positions requiring a minimum of an 8th-grade education, offering a salary range from Rs. with a grade pay of Rs. 1800. Certain roles like Sweeper cum Farrash require a minimum of 6th-grade education with a fixed salary of Rs.
6000.
