The University of Toledo is seeking a Seasonal Employee - Pooled to support the Office of Student Financial Aid. You will process scholarship awards for on‑campus and external scholarships, perform data entry for reporting, and handle student inquiries by phone and other channels.
Ideal candidates bring strong problem solving and communication skills, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Banner and Excel experience are a plus; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
