Order Entry Coordinator

Securitas Technology is seeking an Order Entry Coordinator to accurately process and manage customer orders for integrated electronic security and life safety solutions. In this role, you will review order documentation, verify pricing and configurations, enter data into ERP/CRM systems, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure timely, error-free order fulfillment. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, track order status, and support continuous process improvement in a culture built on safety, integrity, innovation, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders for security and life safety solutions in ERP/CRM systems
• Review documentation to confirm pricing, configurations, and contract terms
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and order documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding order details, timelines, and required information
• Support continuous improvement of order entry and workflow processes
• Adhere to company standards for safety, integrity, and data security
