Job Title: Practice Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for daily management of a physician office, supervising clinical and administrative staff, overseeing financial performance, and acting as a liaison among administration, staff, and physicians.

• Manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and implement procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee financial activities including budgeting, billing, collections, and understanding reimbursement policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manage practice growth strategies, and participate in management meetings.
• Support quality initiatives and promote positive patient experiences aligned with organizational standards.
• Foster staff engagement, build effective relationships, and facilitate communication through meetings.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of medical office management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in insurance billing, Electronic Medical Records, and office processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
