Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

* Install and repair tires.

* Operate balancers and tire machines.

* Complete work orders accurately.

* Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

* Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

* Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

* Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills &

Qualifications:

* Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

* Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.

* Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

* Available to work Saturdays.

* Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

* Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks:

* Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate

* Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus

* Paid weekly
