Experienced Automotive Service Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Very Special Advisor who is willing to serve our customers and push themselves with pride and honesty. The role is an Automotive Sales Advisor focused on strong customer service in Loveland.

• Educate customers and act in their best interest.
• Provide 5‑star customer service and set a pace others envy.
• Serve the Loveland community with pride and honesty.
• Schedule service appointments, greet customers, and verify information.
• Write repair orders, explain needed repairs/services, and inform customers of estimated completion times.
• Help manage shop functions, including distributing workload to mechanics.
• Work closely with the supervisor and technicians, and achieve sales goals as well as customer satisfaction and retention.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Automotive service experience or a similar strong customer service experience.
• Follow CDC and Honest 1 safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be reliable, have a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.
• Must pass a drug‑screening test.
• Must have 3 years of experience.
