Senior Technician – Bridgestone Retail Operations

Pay: $20.60 - $30.85 per hour (flat-rate compensation). Sign‑on bonus: $2,000. Position located in Nashville, Tennessee. A full‑time role with both performance incentives and benefits starting day one.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications
  • brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.

• Valid automobile driver's license, able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Strong skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering & suspension, and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Current federal, state, and local certification/license as applicable.
• Effective communication of technical information to non‑technical people.
• Reading, writing, and math proficiency.

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Demonstrated skills via third‑party assessments or certification.
• Completion of a vocational‑technical school program.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1–A8 (L1 acceptable).
