Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is a family owned dealership that has been in business since 1973. We take pride in our customer service from the moment they arrive until they drive their vehicle off of the lot.
We are looking for a Lube Technician to fill an open position in a rapidly growing company. The key responsibilities for this position include all aspects of lube, maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have at least two years previous experience. The desired candidate is also self-motivated, possesses an aptitude for critical thinking, and is a team player who is ready to work as part of our ongoing success.
This is a full time position with some Saturday's required.
Responsibilities:
Change oil, filters, bulbs and wipers.
Change batteries.
Change and rotate tires.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas in good order and able to work as part of a team.
Communicate well with others.
INDSJBRService technician experience involving oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and general vehicle upkeep is preferred.
Previous dealership experience preferred.
Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is essential.
Knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various maintenance tasks.
Valid driver's license
