In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping clients understand their automotive needs and solutions.

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations of services required.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using service software and point-of-sale systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a service advisor role is highly desirable.
