Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously

Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates

Ensure time management and a high quality of work

Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication

Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolutionINDSJBRAutomotive Service Advisor – Qualifications Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant experience preferred

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Organized and friendly personality

Able to work with little supervision

Clean driving record

Must have a high school diploma or GEDA desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
