We're hiring a B Level Automotive Mechanic or Strong C+ Automotive Mechanic for a well-established, family-oriented automotive repair facility in Covington, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive mechanic who is motivated to learn, develop advanced diagnostic skills, and grow into an A-Level Automotive Mechanic under the mentorship of an experienced Master Mechanic.

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections.
• Complete brake repairs, suspension repairs, and basic mechanical work.
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing drivability and performance concerns.
• Learn advanced repair and diagnostic techniques alongside the Master Mechanic.
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and digital vehicle inspection (DVI) software.
• Document findings accurately and communicate repair recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong C+ Level Automotive Mechanic ready to advance or experienced B Level Automotive Mechanic.
• Experience performing maintenance, brake, and mechanical repairs independently.
• Diagnostic experience is preferred but not required.
• Diesel experience is a plus.
• Open to candidates from dealership or independent shop backgrounds.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow professionally.

• Base pay up to $30/hr depending on experience and skill level.
• Productivity bonus structure:
  • $5/hour bonus on billed labor hours up to 40 hours per week.
  • $7/hour bonus on billed labor hours over 40 hours per week.
