Service Advisor

Toledo Tire and Auto Care seeks a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between our customers and technicians. You will greet customers, listen to their concerns, create accurate repair orders, and clearly explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines. Coordinate with technicians, review inspections, and secure approvals while keeping customers updated. Ensure vehicles are delivered on time, invoices are accurate, and follow-up is completed.

Ideal candidates have auto service experience, strong communication skills, basic mechanical understanding, and a commitment to honest, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns and service needs
• Create accurate repair orders and obtain customer approvals
• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize work
• Review inspections and translate technical findings for customers
• Provide status updates and ensure on-time vehicle delivery
• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Handle payments, warranty paperwork, and basic shop admin tasks
• Promote preventative maintenance and additional needed services
• Support a clean, professional, customer-focused shop environment
