* ** Maintenance and validation of HR data
** from various internal sources
* ** Creation and further development of HR dashboards
** using tools such as Excel and Power BI
* ** Data analysis
** to identify trends and potential for improvement
* ** Assistance with presentations
** and evaluations for internal stakeholders
* ** Administrative support for the HR controlling team** (scheduling, documentation, communication)
* ** Ensuring data quality
** in all reporting processes
* ** Compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines**## Qualifications
* Completed master's or diploma degree in business administration, human resources, finance, statistics, data science or comparable field
* Several years of experience in controlling and human resources
* Experience in data analysis is an advantage
* Detailed specialist knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
* Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
