Major Duties- Under direct supervision, develop, prepare, and administer routine contracts, bids, and proposals.
- Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities.
- Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
- Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed.
- Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly
- Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Act as business advisor to internal customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
