• Grow publisher portfolio by onboarding new and expanding existing partnerships
• Business Development along conversational formats for publishers
• Expand usage and impact of 1st Party Data for Publishers
• Lead team of 6 people
• Operate at the intersection between product, tech, marketing and the holding company Affinity Global

• Deep and holistic publisher experience across commercial, product and editorial stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder‑management skills (publishers, internal teams, external partners)
• Deep understanding of both editorial workflows and commercial/media‑monetization mechanisms
• Top‑notch project management skills
• Willingness to travel
