Chief of Staff - Automotive & Energy Solutions

Keysight is at the forefront of technology innovation, delivering breakthroughs and trusted insights in electronic design, simulation, prototyping, test, manufacturing, and optimization. Our Automotive & Energy Solutions (AES) business has grown continuously over the last couple of years. To further drive that positive development and expand the AES strategy beyond the served market segments we are looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS).

As Chief of Staff you will orchestrate the achievement of business results across the 3 business segments within the Automotive and Energy industry segment.

This includes a comprehensive reporting on AES business targets and results within EISG and Keysight. It will allow you to interact with top leaders in Keysight.

• Leads order target setting per region and business segment
• Manages order forecasting and reporting across AES
• Combines and Implements an integrated AES go-to-market plan addressing segment specific needs – in cooperation with the business segment leads
• Plans and Coordinates webcasts and meetings for the AES community
• Leads quarterly business review process within AES and our partner organizations
• Initiates and Designs improvement projects across AES

• Deep knowledge of automotive and energy eco system/market.
• Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions and in international management.
• Your professional career to date is based on a degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable.
• You are a resilient personality who can convince others and has a strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• Strong business acumen.
