** Teamleitung Pflege
** in Teil- oder Vollzeit Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
* Organisation und Leitung des Teams
* Personaleinsatzplanung und motivierende Mitarbeiterführung
* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Haus- und Fachärzten
* Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität unter fachlichen, gesetzlichen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
* Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten in speziellen Fachfragen
* Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
* Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz sowie Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
* Hohes persönliches Engagement, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
* Routine und ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Bewohnern und zur Führung von Personal
