** Your tasks
** Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship, as an intern (m/f/d) you will benefit from attractive remuneration and support the team in the following responsible tasks:
* Supporting product management in the further development of digital communication and collaboration solutions
* Conducting market and trend analyses in the field of digital workplace technologies
* Collaborating in requirements management and collecting and evaluating stakeholder feedback
* Supporting the strategic introduction and optimization of Microsoft 365 services
* Creating presentations and communication materials
* Analyzing and evaluating solutions to support data-driven decisions
** Your profile
** You are studying business informatics, a comparable degree program, or are currently on a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* Initial experience in product management and working with digital solutions
* Knowledge of market analysis, trend observation, and requirements management (including user stories)
* Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills and a high degree of team orientation
* Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
* Initial experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and basic knowledge of project management are an advantage
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence desirable
