Wir suchen für unser Unternehmen zum schnellstmöglichen Einstieg eine/n Sachbearbeite/in. Aufgaben gebiet:
- Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung im Tagesgeschäft
- Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Fertigungsaufträgen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Versandpapieren
- Pflege von Material-, Artikel- und Bestandsdaten im ERP-System
- Organisation und Überwachung von Wareneingang und Warenausgang
- Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren
- Abstimmung mit Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Logistik
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Lager- und Materialflussprozessen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und/oder Lagerwirtschaft wünschenswert - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen
- Technisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke
