Aufgaben :
*** In deinen Verantwortungsbereich fällt die Steuerung der täglichen Bedarfe anhand der vorhandenen Kapazitäten und das Priorisieren entsprechend der geltenden Vorgaben.
* Du analysierst bestehende Beschaffungsprozesse und kümmerst dich um deren ständige Optimierung.
* Zu deinen weiteren
Aufgaben zählt die Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, die Organisation der Transporte zum Lieferanten mitsamt der Erstellung der dafür benötigten Dokumente, die Prüfung der Lieferantenrechnungen sowie das Buchen der Wareneingänge.
* Du bereitest betriebswirtschaftliche Zahlen auf, leitest daraus eigenständig Handlungsempfehlungen ab und unterstützt deinen Vorgesetzten bei der Entscheidungsfindung.##
** Dein Profil:
*** Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit.
* Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Engagement und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus.
* Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und im MS Office Paket sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.##
