Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin. We have been playing in the 2nd Bundesliga since the 2025/26 season. Together with our international partner Monarch Collective, we are reshaping women’s football: making it visible, inclusive, and a professional business. Your mission as CRO (m/f/d)
In a cooperative leadership model, you will work closely with our CEO. You will be responsible for the entire operational backbone as well as the complete revenue side of the club.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Commercial Growth & Sales:You are responsible for the entire sales organization (acquisition & activation). You develop the commercial growth strategy – from classic sponsoring and ticketing to innovative hospitality concepts
- Revenue Innovation:You actively develop new revenue streams (e.g., D2C models, B2B formats, community monetization) and test new approaches to diversify our revenue.
- Business Operations & Governance:You will lead the finance, HR, and legal departments. You will create transparent, efficient structures and ensure compliance as well as reliable budget planning.
- Performance & KPIs:You define measurable goals for all business units, analyze performance, and derive strategic measures for sustainable growth.
Qualification
- Experience:7+ years of management experience in business operations, finance, sales, or sports management
- Analytical backgroundin consulting, financial services, or a high-growth technology industry.
- Sales DNA:Proven success in business development and building scalable revenue streams.
- Structural strength:Excellent financial and organizational skills with a focus on sustainable and financial management.
- Industry know-how:Deep understanding of professional football structures and the sports ecosystem.
- Mindset:Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality for a high-performance environment.
- Communication:Collaborative leadership style and fluent German and English.
