Procurement Specialist F​/M​/D

• Operational & Strategic Procurement
• Processing, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders
• Managing operational and strategic procurement activities across Europe
• Communicating and coordinating customer-specific and standard requirements with suppliers
• Resolving supplier-related, delivery, and accounting issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating closely with internal departments
• Handling supplier complaints and supporting corrective actions

• Previous experience in purchasing; market knowledge in electromechanics is a strong advantage
• Experience in purchasing for production environments, particularly within the electronics sector, is beneficial
• Solid negotiation skills and strong procurement knowledge
• Experience working with MRP systems
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capability
• Technical understanding and interest in industrial products
• Service-oriented approach with a proactive, solution-focused attitude
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English + German
