In this role, you will support B2B users in over 190 countries worldwide, answer technical questions, and ensure smooth processes. • Supplier Management: You support suppliers in our streamlined onboarding process by assisting with technical inquiries
• Technical Analysis: You identify unexpected usability or technical errors and delight our users with excellent service
• Communication: You interact with users in written form and contribute to an outstanding customer experience

• Education: You are enrolled at a state-recognized university, preferably with a focus on supply chain management, data analysis, or a related field
• Tech Savviness: You have a strong affinity for software and apps and already gained experience in the administration of software solutions
• Experience: Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in a commercial or IT-related field
• Team Spirit: You value collaboration in a diverse and friendly team environment
• Customer Focus: You are always user-oriented and enjoy interacting with companies

  You communicate clearly with strong written expression, primarily in English;
  German is welcome, and additional languages are a plus
