Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung der pflegerischen Leitung bei der Organisation, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Zentralen Notaufnahme
- Mitverantwortung für die Aufnahme, Erstversorgung und pflegerische Betreuung von Notfallpatienten aller Fachabteilungen sowie für die strukturierte Ersteinschätzung der Behandlungsdringlichkeit
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen, patientenzentrierten Notfallpflege auf hohem Qualitätsniveau
- Mitwirkung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in der Zentralen Notaufnahme
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, dreijährig examinierte Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit abgeschlossener Fachweiterbildung Notfallpflege
- Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege
- Organisationsgeschick und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Führungskompetenz
