SummaryAs a Sales and Marketing Specialist I, this role supports revenue execution and commercial operations within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle in a global joint venture environment. The position is responsible for coordinating order processing, monitoring revenue and accounts receivable activities, analyzing forecast changes, and supporting commercial decision-making. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and global stakeholders, the role requires analytical capability and the ability to exercise independent judgment under general supervision to ensure revenue accuracy and operational alignment, as well as the contact representative of L-H Battery for customers.
The position works closely with internal teams such as Production Control, Purchasing, Finance and Quality to ensure accurate revenue execution, stable cash flow and strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication/decision among Production, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and global commercial teams
- Monitor customer forecast and volume changes; analyze impact on revenue and production planning
- Evaluate forecast variances and proactively elevate potential revenue or supply risks
- Support contract management including pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms
- Prioritize customer‑related issues based on business impact
- Independently handle assigned customer accounts under general supervision
- Support/Identify new project readiness activities and customer audits, visits, and business meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications
- Support management of contract terms including pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms
- Support pricing changes and analyze revenue and margin impact
- Provide data-driven input to support commercial and operational decisions
- Prepare sales performance and customer-related reports
- Execute Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities including order review, ERP entry, billing coordination, and AR tracking
- Operate order, shipment, billing, and AR processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic understanding of business operations or manufacturing processes
- Foundational knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- Familiarity with ERP systems or willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of revenue and data management concepts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data organization
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving under guidance
