As our footprint continues to grow across North and South America, we are looking for a motivated, entry‑level Project Manager to join our expanding team.
The OpportunityThis is an entry‑level role in a fast‑growing business, ideal for someone who wants early responsibility, exposure to real‑world operations, and the chance to develop quickly within a supportive and experienced department.
You’ll be at the heart of our operations—helping to deploy medical professionals to remote industrial field settings and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through delivery. No two days are the same, and you’ll thrive if you enjoy variety, challenge, and learning on the job.
What You’ll Be DoingWorking closely with experienced project managers and operational leaders, you will:
- Coordinate the deployment of medical personnel to remote and industrial project sites
- Plan and book personnel logistics, including travel and accommodation
- Support payroll coordination and operational administration
- Manage day‑to‑day operational and personnel queries
- Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders
- Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination
- Help solve operational problems—often in new or unfamiliar scenarios
- Keep multiple work streams moving by prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
