Weekly Reports:
Preparing brief reports for sales management.

KPI Management:
Defining and Tracking Key Metrics (e.g., progress in the sales process, conversion rate, sales cycle length, average order value).

Target-actual comparisons:
Continuous monitoring of goal achievement (revenue, sales volume, contribution margin).

Pipeline Hygiene:
Review of opportunity stages in the CRM.

Analysis & Insights

Sales Tracking:
Monitoring the sales pipeline and identifying discrepancies.

Churn analysis:
Examination of why customers leave and what the customer lifetime value (CLV) is.

Variance Analysis:
Identify why targets were missed (price effects, volume effects, or mix effects?).

Analysis of sales funnels and individual sales channel performance.

Business Partner for Sales Executives and Account Manager.

Ad hoc analyses for short-term issues.

Ensuring data quality and consistency.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to further develop the controlling.

Understanding of sales processes and logic.

Effective use of KPIs in sales.

Present and explain figures in a way that is easy to understand and tailored to the audience.

Proficiency with ERP and CRM tools, as well as data analysis.

Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, including knowing when to challenge or rethink existing processes to achieve better outcomes.

Professional fluency in German and English.
