This role is based in Frankfurt am Main

You’ll support the NYDO team across high-impact initiatives; combining business development with real hands-on experience running a modern eCommerce brand.

• Assist in daily management of our webshop (Shopify): content updates, pricing, campaigns
• Help manage our digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, Influencers) and analyze performance and manage data and dashboards
• Prepare business cases, sales pitch decks, and product portfolio proposals, competitors tracking
• Support on portfolio and pricing topics for the market
• Conduct market and customer research across Switzerland, Germany, and broader Europe
• Assist in customer journey and funnel optimization; from swatch request to final checkout
• Support strategic business development projects including B2B, new market preparation

• Country revenue, contribution margins, conversions, production performance

• Competitive insights and actionable ideas

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or relevant studies
• Passionate about business, start-ups, digital marketing, and building things from scratch
• Curious, analytical, and proactive; comfortable taking responsibility
• Fluent in English (German a bonus)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude and ‘get-it-done’ passion

• Basic knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
• Past internship or working student experience in banking & finance, consulting, startups, D2C/eComm brands, consumer goods etc.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
