Location: Germany
- Projektleitung für komplexe Projekte im Service-Delivery-Umfeld
- Initiieren und Verantworten von Änderungen (z.B. Projektumfang, zusätzliche Kundenanforderungen)
- Schaffen von Projektstrukturen sowie Etablierung von neuen Schnittstellen
- Kontrolle und Reporting der vertraglich vereinbarten Lieferleistungen (SLAs) gegenüber dem Kunden
- Kalkulation und Planung sowie Kostencontrolling mit Entscheidungsbefugnis für kundenspezifische Serviceangebote und
-projekte über die gesamte Servicephase - Aktives Stakeholdermanagement sowie Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kunden während der gesamten Servicephase
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen (z.B. Kostenkalkulation, Einbringen von Erfahrungen aus der In-Service-Phase oder Kundenfeedbacks)
- Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparpotenzialen und deren Umsetzung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung über den gesamten Service-Lifecycles
