Account Payables/Payroll Coordinator

Greenfield skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is currently seeking a qualified AP/Payroll Coordinator to manage, maintain and process facility payroll and accounts payables. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has experience in an administrative capacity, including but not limited to processing payroll and accounts payable, and is capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and payables processing. Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and prove to be a reliable team player.

• Work as part of a team.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Process payroll.
• Process, organize, and maintain facility payables.
• Process and maintain employee files.
• Organize onboarding and orientation.
• Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.

• Minimum 2 years of payroll and AP experience.

• Monday to Friday
• Periodic after hours/weekends
