Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a European Controller (m/f/d).

• Preparation and analysis of internal monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget planning
• Interpretation of key performance indicators and derivation of recommendations for action
• Conducting business analyses (e.g., customer and product profitability), including best-practice approaches to support departments
• Regular communication with external business partners
• Maintenance and further development of planning, analysis, and reporting tools
• Participation in financial projects and/or leading a workstream within a larger project
• Act as first contact person and roll-out/implementation of Group Standards for/into the local sites across Europe

• A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in an international environment in a comparable position is desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as excellent numerical aptitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, database systems, and ideally Power BI
• Strong communication skills at all levels, as well as fluent written and spoken English
