• Assisting with day-to-day purchasing to ensure smooth departmental processes
• Procuring individual parts and assemblies for the various departments
• Optimizing order quantities based on cost considerations, availability, and inventory levels
• Processing purchase order proposals, cancellations, and changes to delivery dates and quantities
• Ensuring delivery capability in the event of quantity changes
• Obtaining and evaluating quotes
• Processing warranty claims, complaints, and handling repair orders
• Assisting with the picking of assemblies
• Assisting with the shipping of small parts

YOU CONVINCE

• Successful completion of vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in purchasing
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Pro Alpha
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
• Meticulous, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to quality
