You support our procurement team within the protein category and help ensure a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain. Working closely with suppliers, logistics, product development, and quality management, you will gain exciting insights into the international sourcing processes of a fast-growing sports nutrition brand.

• Support the operational purchasing of protein raw materials and supplement ingredients
• Communicate with national and international suppliers
• Request, compare, and follow up on quotations
• Maintain purchasing, supplier, and product data within the ERP system
• Support price negotiations and purchase order processing
• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• Assist with market and competitor analyses
• Prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making documents for the procurement team
• Contribute to the optimization of procurement and supply chain processes

• First experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a commercial role
• Interest in raw materials, nutrition, supplements, and the fitness industry
• Structured, reliable, and organized working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers
• Analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
• Good Excel and digital tool skills
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken – German language knowledge is a plus
