• Together with leading companies in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and chemicals, you drive transformation initiatives across the entire value chain—from data‑driven analysis to the sustainable implementation of improvement measures.
• Leveraging modern process intelligence and process mining solutions such as Celonis or SAP Signavio, you uncover optimization opportunities and translate insights into measurable business value.
• Your expertise in supply chain management, operational excellence, lean management, and end‑to‑end process design enables you to solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable results.
• Workshops, stakeholder interviews, and management presentations are facilitated with confidence, helping clients make informed decisions and successfully navigate transformation.
• Beyond project delivery, you actively contribute to the growth of our consulting portfolio, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of our team and consulting capabilities.

• A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field provides the foundation for your professional expertise.
• Several years of experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation‑focused role have equipped you with a strong understanding of business transformation and organizational change.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and industrial end‑to‑end processes, ideally within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or medical technology, distinguishes your profile.
• Expertise in business transformation, process management, and data‑driven optimization approaches is complemented by hands‑on experience with process mining solutions such as Celonis or SAP Signavio.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and professional fluency in German and English enable you to build trusted relationships and drive lasting impact for clients.
