Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Maschinenbetrieb mit, zusammen mit einer Ausbildung als Schlosser, KFZ-Mechatroniker oder Landmaschinenschlosser. Teamorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind ebenfalls wichtig.
