GLOBAL Business Process Manager - Finance & Controlling; m​/w​/d

Mission

We are looking for a Global Business Process Manager – Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) for Dynapac. The role focuses on the main business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP S/4

HANA and related applications used within Dynapac Product Companies, Customer Centers and Distribution Centers. This is a successor position to the current BPM Finance.

The BPM will have full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain, create common, harmonised solutions shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, and streamline end‑to‑end processes. The BPM is a key member of the Dynapac IT Team with global responsibility and reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications.

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required
• Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs
• Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer centre is a plus
• Good skills in project management
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
• Good understanding/knowledge of ERP
• Hands on knowledge of SAP S/4

• Fluent both spoken and written in English
