Role

Business Development Manager – Germany (m/f/d)

Your focus:
Build, develop, and expand our partner network across Germany, maximizing the value of existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities to strengthen them.

Success metrics:
Grow partner-generated funding volumes, deepen partner engagement, and deliver meaningful value to partners and their customers.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with commercial loan intermediaries in Germany.
  • Plan, organise, and conduct partner meetings and regional events; travel extensively to intermediaries, events, and trade fairs.
  • Manage and automate partner communications through Hub Spot CRM (segmentation, campaigns, nurturing).
  • Develop and implement enablement initiatives such as training sessions, webinars, sales materials, and playbooks.
  • Analyse key KPIs (activation rate, conversion, volume, customer lifetime value) and derive concrete actions.
  • Provide phone and in‑person support, including regular check‑ins and performance reviews.
  • Optimise and standardise onboarding processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Continuously gather market feedback and share it with product and process teams to improve the partner journey.
Requirements
  • Curiosity and ability to use and learn AI tools in practical ways to solve problems, increase productivity and improve work quality.
  • Smart, down‑to‑earth, motivated, eager to develop. Strategic and sales‑oriented mindset with 3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or similar field.
  • Enjoy sales: proactively conduct outreach by phone and email, meet partners in person, activate and grow a large intermediary network, and spend time on the field. Think in terms of scalability: design efficient, data‑driven processes, drive automation initiatives, and use tools intelligently to maximise impact.
Salary

From 50 000 € to 67 000 € per year. Salary goals may be discussed during the application process. We benchmark among market rates and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
